Hey Palisade! Happy Mother’s Day to all the Moms out there! Hope you have a wonderful day this weekend!!
But before that, Wednesday will feature a couple extra-cool things this week:
Wednesday morning at 11am is the annual Razorback Suckerfish release by the PHS Endangered Fish Hatchery in Riverbend Park! Last year’s release got a lot of buzz, because the team released the one-thousandth fish, but this year is no less special as 250 more fish babies will be released into their new homes in the Colorado River.
And then later, Wednesday night from 5-8pm is the official launch of a new free monthly art walk in Palisade, Walkabout Wednesdays! Stop by downtown to hear live music in the plaza, to visit businesses that will be open later, and to enjoy art as the highlight of the event, with artists throughout downtown creating paintings and displaying their art.
